How to find us
Borgo Antico sits inside Maderno’s historic centre at Via Vitali 10. The approach is a village street, about 2.4 m at the narrowest point, and leaving the car park means reversing out through the gate. Please watch the video before you arrive so there are no surprises.

What to expect on arrival
We are in the historic centre, not on a wide lakeside road. These three points help most guests arrive calmly.
Historic centre
The residence is inside Maderno’s old town centre. The last stretch is a typical village street with limited width and little room to manoeuvre.
2.4 m at the narrowest
Via Vitali is about 2.4 metres wide at its narrowest point. Fold mirrors if needed, go slowly, and avoid oversized vehicles if you can.
Exit in reverse
On-site parking (€10/stay) is inside the residence. To leave, you reverse out through the gate (portone), the same manoeuvre shown in the video.
By car
Arrive in five steps
Maps first, then the video, especially for the narrow approach and the reverse exit.

Open Google Maps and set the destination to Via Vitali 10, Toscolano Maderno (historic centre).

Watch the parking video before the last stretch. It shows the narrow street and how to enter and leave.

Drive into Via Vitali slowly. At the narrowest point the street is about 2.4 m wide.

Park inside the residence (€10 per stay). When you leave, reverse carefully out through the gate.

Check in between 15:30 and 19:30, or ask us in advance for self check-in if you arrive outside those hours.

- Expect a historic-centre street, not a wide access road.
